Our Poliices

QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL AND HSE POLICY

The ISO series of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems form the foundation of Tharwah Bricks Global Associates Limited’s quality and HSE policies, which are applied consistently in our daily operations.

To ensure effectiveness and compliance, we adopt a structured four-level model of QA/QC and HSE management systems, serving as a strategic guide for operational excellence. These four levels include:

1. Policy and Authority Statement Manuals

These documents outline the company’s core philosophy, policies, and delegated authority. They provide high-level guidance and reflect our commitment to community affairs, environmental stewardship, drug and alcohol control, journey management, and quality implementation. These manuals are aligned with ISO 10013 and ISO 9001 standards.

2. Safety Management System Manual

This manual details the components of our occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and risk management frameworks. It is designed in accordance with internationally recognized standards, including ISO 14001:1996, ISO 9001, and relevant safety codes such as the 1997 Safety Management Guidelines.

Our integrated approach ensures that all operational procedures are conducted safely, responsibly, and in alignment with global best practices in quality and environmental management.

Quality Assurance and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Procedures

These procedures document the structure and processes of our quality and safety systems. They outline the tasks, responsibilities, frequency, and interdependencies of each relevant component within the quality framework and its relationship with client operations. These procedures are guided by:

  • ISO 9001 (Clauses 4 to 8) – covering Quality Management System requirements

  • ISO 9004 – providing guidelines for performance improvement

  • ISO 14001 (Section 4) – outlining Environmental Management System standards

This structured approach ensures clarity, consistency, and accountability across all business functions.

Specific Work Instructions

These documents provide step-by-step, service-specific instructions for personnel involved in delivering services to our clients. They include:

  • Tools and equipment requirements

  • Workmanship and quality criteria

  • Operational guidelines for both direct and indirect processes

  • Daily activity protocols aligned with the company’s business nature

These instructions serve as the operational reference for all staff, ensuring standardized and high-quality service delivery. Supporting materials include work instructions, plans, technical drawings, and checklists.

Quality and Safety (HSE) Records

Our record-keeping system forms a centralized management database that stores all relevant data and results. These records serve as objective evidence that our Quality Assurance and HSE systems are fully compliant with applicable international standards. They also support performance monitoring, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
